Structured Project Portfolio
Implemented structured project collections with client segmentation, responsive project cards, and refined detail pages. High-resolution media is served through Cloudflare R2 for consistent performance and visual quality across devices.
VPS Architecture and Flask API
Provisioned and hardened a dedicated VPS environment hosting Payload CMS and a companion Flask backend. The stack supports flyer generation, webhook processing, and custom business logic with operational reliability as a priority.
Automated Flyer Generation
Developed a Flask API that generates print-ready marketing flyers on demand. The system pulls live project data from Payload CMS and returns production-quality assets in seconds, reducing turnaround time while maintaining brand consistency.
GitHub Organization and Self-Hosted CI
Consolidated all repositories under a dedicated GitHub organization and deployed a self-hosted GitHub Actions runner on the VPS. This enables low-latency build pipelines and tightly controlled deployment workflows.
Infrastructure-Wide CI/CD
Engineered an end-to-end CI/CD pipeline where the VPS runner builds containers, reloads Flask and CMS services via systemd, prunes outdated artifacts, and synchronizes media storage. The result is a cohesive and resilient delivery backbone across the entire stack.
Testimonials Management
Built a flexible testimonials system within Payload CMS, allowing administrators to manage and feature client feedback throughout the site to reinforce credibility and drive conversions.
